My saved signatures
Saved in this browser only — handy for separate work, personal or team-member signatures.
Sample images are for preview only — replace them with your own before copying your signature.
No photo? Most designs show a monogram with your initials instead.
Why URLs? Gmail and Outlook block images embedded inside signatures, so images must be hosted online (e.g. WordPress → Media → copy file URL). Use a transparent PNG logo so it also looks right in dark mode.
Your server can't generate icon images (PHP GD extension missing), so colored text badges are used instead. Ask your host to enable GD for real icons.
Full profile links. For WhatsApp, just the number with country code (e.g. 919876543210).
Call to action
Scheduling links ("Book a call") are the most effective signature CTA — keep it to one.
