How to use it
Get keyword ideas in three steps
Type a seed and pick the source
Two or three words, the way a customer would type them: "dental implant", not "implantology services". Google for search, YouTube for videos, Bing to compare. Country: India by default.
Read the groups, filter, tick
Questions, modifiers (best, cost, near me, vs) and the A to Z letters each get a group. The "next word" list shows the clusters a page should target. Hide brands and your competitors, filter by a word, tick the phrases that fit.
Copy or download, then sort by intent
The CSV has the columns of the Intermediate guide's keyword sheet. Sort each phrase by what the person wants (learn, compare, buy, go) and give each cluster one page.

What is a keyword suggestion tool?
A keyword suggestion tool lists the phrases people actually search around a topic. This one asks Google's and YouTube's autocomplete for your seed plus every letter, digit, question word and common modifier, removes duplicates and groups the results, so you see a few hundred real queries instead of the ten in the dropdown. It shows what people type, not how many type it: for volumes use Google Keyword Planner or your Search Console.
Where it comes from
What autocomplete is, and what it is not
Autocomplete is the dropdown under a search box. Google builds it from real searches, trimmed: it removes offensive, dangerous and some personal predictions, and leans towards recent and popular queries in your country and language. That makes it the best free source for how people phrase a topic, and no source at all for how many search it.

Quick depth asks 24 variations; full depth asks 60. A full run takes a few seconds and returns three to five hundred unique phrases for a typical seed.

Keyword ideas in Hindi and Hinglish
Type the seed the way your customers type it. A Devanagari seed is asked with Hindi question words and modifiers and returns Devanagari suggestions; a Hinglish seed returns Hinglish ones; both appear in Google's dropdown in India every day. YouTube is where "kaise" queries live.

The dropdown shows ten. The A to Z method shows hundreds. The tool asks every variation so the long tail is visible.
Mixing US and India results
Autocomplete differs by country. The tool defaults to India, and the US, UK and UAE are one click away, so you compare on purpose.
Chasing brand queries
"dell best laptop under 50000" is Dell's page to win. Rows with a known brand, or the competitor names you enter, are flagged and can be hidden.
Trusting a made-up volume
Chatbots invent numbers and some tools blur them. This tool shows none, and tells you where the real ranges are.

How do I get more than 10 suggestions from Google?

Does the tool show search volume?
No. Autocomplete has no counts, and we do not show a made-up number. Google Keyword Planner gives ranges with an Ads account; Search Console shows your own queries; Semrush and Ahrefs estimate volumes on paid plans.
Why is Keyword Planner not simply free?

What is a long-tail keyword?
A longer, more specific phrase with fewer searches and clearer intent: "dental implant cost in kanpur" rather than "dental implant". Most rows this tool returns are long-tail.
How many keywords should I target per page?
One main phrase and its close variants. The "next word" clusters show which rows belong together; give each cluster one page, not each row.
Can I do keyword research in Hindi?
Yes. Type the seed in Devanagari or Hinglish and pick India; Google suggests in the same script. Switch to YouTube for "kaise" queries.
How do I find YouTube keywords?
Pick YouTube as the source. The suggestions come from YouTube's own search box, which differs from Google web search.
Are autocomplete suggestions personalised?
